Wat een slavernij is dat geworden zeg! Die gasten die mn salaris betalen zijn helemaal van de pot gerukt zoveel werk krijg ik elke dag weer voor mn kiezen.
Je hebt geeneens tijd om te kakken zonder dat die stinktelefoon afgaat of iemand aan de deur aan je kop komt hannessen.
Ik hoor je denken: “Neem gewoon de tijd, je kan niet zo verder, dat half uurtje pauze…moet je gewoon NEMEN”.
Yeah right….dit is 24-uurs Slavernij, die knakkers onderin de boot van de Oost naar de West…die hadden ook geen pauze of tijd voor een potje facebook. Roeien zal je! ROEIEN WEGWERPMENS! FUCKING SLAAF!
Schijt je broek maar vol, zolang je maar doorwerkt, zolang die handel maar loopt, zolang de klanten maar tevreden zijn (zijn ze nooit,maar dat is een ander verhaal).
Ik kan er bijna niet meer tegen….ik lach om niet te huilen, wat een kutzooi.
Gelukkig dat ik zo rond mn twaalfde besefte dat werken sowieso kut is, dat dan weer wel.
Dat schept ook niet echt de verwachting dat alles FAN-FUCKIN-TASTISCH zal zijn.
Wat wel aardig was…was een broodje kebab dat ik verorberde in Leeuwarden laatst.
Na die twee kut-tot matige tenten een paar pagina’s terug, kwamen we terecht in de Breedstraat/Nieuweburen alwaar Kanat zich bevindt.
Binnen genieten we van een halve liter gerstenat van dat ene merk dat ik vaak verslind.
Niets mis mee. Er hangt een beetje een Griekse sfeer moet ik zeggen. Ook niets mis mee.
Ik zou in hyperbolen willen schrijven nu, maar het zit er niet in.
Leeuwarden heeft me niet gebracht wat ik verwachtte van het hoge Noorden na die trip tussen de feta en bakken perfect geroosterd kalfsvlees laatstelijk in Groningen.
Fuck it.
Dit is een broodje kip dat me best smaakt.
Goed geribbeld/roosterd, wat standaard groen ernaast, paar bakken saus.
Knoflook, tzatziki, uiensaus en….en…..en….en….en hetgene dat deze tent de beste van mn trip maakt.
Een soort tapenade-achtige saus, uiensaus met olijven erin.
Hey, da’s best te doen…dat is best oké, dat is best te nassen!
Na die kutzooi van hiervoor is dit een topperrrrrrrrrr. Geen topperrrrrrrr in het genre, maar een plaatselijke topperrrrrrr.
