Ik zit nu ineens in een soort yaprak modus en dat is niet persé een slecht iets moet ik zeggen.
Alles liever dan de standaard Nederlandse fabriekskebab!
Nou had ik dus gezocht op yaprak ergens in 2024 of 2023 en zag dat er een tent was in Zaandam die deze kebab serveerde. Heb ik zeker al vermeld in alle vorige reports, maar goed, sue me.
Omdat ik een eikel ben die graag efficiënt speelt, bedenk ik dan dat er iets moet zijn in Zaandam dat me interesseert zodat ik die dönertent mee kan pakken. Alleen gebeurde er maar niks in Zaandam.
Zaandam, Zaandam, Zaandam. Het bleek vooral een naargeestige zooi te zijn vol troep en lelijke mensen.
Een soort Hoofddorp eigenlijk. Het is triest om te zien hoe dit soort groeikernen eraan zijn gegaan door allerlei fatbike tuig en andere klaplopers die het straatbeeld bepalen.
Nou was ik deze week ook in Almere en daar hoor je altijd superveel slechts over, maar het viel me op dat dat allemaal wel meeviel. Almere is groot en ziet er gewoon niet overal kut uit. Je moet er natuurlijk niet op een vrijdagavond door het centrum lopen, maar goed, dat deed ik dan ook niet.
Ik reed met een maat van me naar een plek in Zaandam waar we iets gingen doen.
Wat we gingen doen mislukte, mijn maat werd chagrijnig en ik besloot hem op te fleuren door tussen neus en lippen door te melden dat er een goeie kebabtent scheen te zijn.
We parkeerden de auto in de garage in dat centrum en aldaar viel ons op dat het een grote kankerbende was.
Allemaal lui tegen muurtjes middenin een wedstrijd haze roken, capuchoneikels op fatbikes en junks IN het winkelcentrum. Shit zag er niet uit. Geschreeuw en gedoe. Het einde van Nederland als eerste wereldland is nakend.
Nadat we ons door de ellende heen hadden geworsteld, kwamen we op een soort pleintje met terrassen enzo. Het was er vrij druk voor een dinsdagmiddag moet ik zeggen.
Bij INCE Kebab draaiden de rollen lustig in de rondte. Je kan de yaprak er zo uit halen want die lijkt homemade en niet fabriek. De rol zag er werkelijk waar super uit.
We kregen de maaltijden en aten deze binnen op. Daar ben ik normaliter geen fan van want dan ziet iedereen dat ik foto’s zit te maken van m’n vreten en dat is gay.
Ze hoeven niet te weten wie hun broodjes komt bombaderen als ze kut zijn, wat in 99% van de gevallen zo is.
Goed.
Zoals verwacht viel ook deze yaprak döner niet tegen. Geen kruidnagel te proeven, maar dat zal dan wel iets zijn dat er ook niet bij hoort ofzo. Ik heb geen idee verder. Ik baseer al m’n meningen hierover op die toko in Berlijn en ook daar weet ik de ins en outs niet van. Alleen dat het smaakt naar kruidnagel en dat ze het vlees een nacht in melk laten liggen. Dat de Hoofddorpse yaprak ook die smaak heeft, dat zal dan wel toeval zijn. De yaprak van INCE Kebab was zonder die smaak, maar wel gewoon top.
Dat kan gerust liggen aan dat het yaprak is/dat het vlees erg dun gesneden wordt en dat zorgt voor een fijn mondgevoel.
Vies woord: mondgevoel. Ugh. Ja toch? Zeg het drie keer achter elkaar en je staat op een Pride boot.
Ala, wat zat er verder in? Ik weiger de sla dus dit was vooral ui, tomaat, peterselie en een verdwaalde komkommer.
Bakje jalapenos erbij en de standaard sauzen, die niet voor de poes waren!
Het mag vermeld worden dat deze knoflook top was, maar dat de sambal der ster was van de sauzenshow. Lekker dun en met een vrij serieuze hitte.
Het broodje zelf was niet vernoemenswaardig verder. Het bleef heel en dat was precies wat ik wilde dat het deed.
Wat is het verdict voor INCE Kebab in Zaandam?
Toptent.
Niet alleen voor dronken figuren in dit uitgaansgebied, maar ook voor de wat verder doorgeleerde kebabber een must.
Topvlees, topservice, zelfgemaakte yaprak. Ja, niks over te zeiken.
