Guess who’s back!!!
Godverdomme wat is het lang geleden dat ik op deze site ben geweest. Laat staan er een stukje voor heb geschreven. Zeker anderhalf jaar ging voorbij zonder dat er ook maar 1 letter van mijn kant op papier kwam over broodjes kebab. Vreemd eigenlijk want ik heb in die periode toch met een aantal mooie broodjes kebab kennis mogen maken. Zo eindigde ik vorig jaar bijvoorbeeld eindelijk bij Mustafa’s en Hasir. Reden genoeg om wat te schrijven zou je zeggen. Maar nee, het kwam niet uit de vingers. Waar deze writers block vandaan kwam. Ich habe jetst keine ahnung.
Wat heeft mij ertoe doen besluiten dan toch weer in de pen te klimmen? Was het een dermate fantastisch broodje kebab dat ik dit wel met de rest van de wereld moest delen? Nee. Waren het mijn mede reporters die mij te pas en te onpas voor TOY uitmaakte? Nee
Datgene wat mij over de schreef kreeg om weer wat te gaan doen was http://www.justeat.nl/. Dikke knaken betalen ze mij inmiddels voor het schrijven van deze belachelijke stukjes. Niet dat ik een voorstander ben van kebab laten bezorgen hoor. Voor mij staat dat garant aan zompig brood, koude kebab, warme sla en slappe friet. Sushi daarentegen kun je wel goed laten bezorgen. Dat vreet je namelijk toch al koud dus je moet wel erg je best doen wil je dat weten te verpesten op je scooter tussen de toko en de klant. Mocht je dus weer eens te brak zijn om met je lamme bek een fatsoenlijke maaltijd in elkaar te flansen. geen kebab maar sushi bestellen.

Over tot de orde van de dag. Het schrijven van een report met daarin als rode draad een broodje kebab. Meteen een aantal moeilijke vragen. Wat was het adres van de site waar ik mijn verhaaltjes kon uploaden? Wat was mijn gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord? Over welk broodje moet ik gaan schrijven? En de meeste ethische vraag. Tot hoe lang mag je een report schrijven over een broodje dat je hebt gegeten. Het antwoord op die vraag is makkelijk.
TOT AAN HET FUCKING EIND DER TIJDEN!
Geeft dat dan nog wel een objectief beeld van de betreffende zaak in kwestie? Rot toch op met je objectief. Niets aan deze site verkleint de kans dat ook jij ergens een broodje zal halen met microscopische deeltjes poep ertussen.
Is dit dan wel eerlijk naar de koopman en zijn waar toe en weten jullie wel wat jullie deze zelfstandige ondernemers aan doen? Nee het is inderdaad niet eerlijk een zaak af te branden als hij net die ene keer dat ik langs kom naast de pot piest en smerig broodje aflevert. Het leven is uberhaupt niet eerlijk. Branden zul je! voor die ene miskleun!!
Maar niet de zaak waar ik nu over ga schrijven. Die viel reuze mee.
Waar waren we? Ohja, we waren in Groningen november 2011
Delicatesther was zojuist haar laatste danwel voorlaatste telefoon verloren en stond daarover haar beklag te doen op het politiebureau. Aangezien eerdere kebabtours hebben aangetoond dat reporters en de sterke arm der wet niet goed samen gaan had de rest van ons toevlucht genomen in de zaak er tegenover genaamd Safak. Een schoon ogende zaak met een grote foto aan de muur van een stad die zowel Istanbul als Groningen zou kunnen zijn. Ik kan het namelijk niet goed zien en heb werkelijk geen idee meer. Voor de mensen met echt goede smaak hing er ook een mooi schilderij van ons aller vriend Tony Montana. Geen Donkersloot maar toch een prachtstukje hoor.
Aangezien ik er kwam om kebab te eten en niet om de kunstcriticus uit te hangen bestelde ik ook maar een broodje. 2,50 koste dit geloof ik maar het kan ook 5 euro geweest zijn. Laten we het op 3,50 houden. Prima prijs als je het mij vraagt. Voor deze 3 en een halve euro krijg je hier een goed standaard broodje. Niks meer niks minder. goed vers broodje. Lekker vlees. Sla, tomaat, komkommer, ui, knoflook en sambal. Voor de extra dimensie wordt het vlees hier nog wel gewoon met een mes afgesneden in plaats van met zo’n elektrisch scheermes. Het gebruik van een normaal mes vind ik toch wel een uiting van vakbekwaamheid.
Verder valt er voor mij niet zo veel meer over deze zaak te melden stomweg omdat ik het mij niet meer zo goed herinner. Hier moeten jullie het dus maar mee doen.
