Dit alles vooral niet te overhaast. Je wordt ook al een dagje ouder natuurlijk. Je vraagt de klant welke sauzen hij wil, en op het antwoord “alles” stop je alvast een bakje knoflooksaus, een bakje sambal en een bakje rode uiensaus in het tasje. Ah, mooi, je vind dat het broodje lang genoeg in de oven heeft gelegen. Je gooit er wat vlees in, dan wat sla en vervolgens de rest van het vlees. En als het niet helemaal past dan prop je toch wat? Hup, zilverfolie er omheen en even vriendelijk 4 euro aan de klant vragen.

En voor mij was het een mooie oefening voor de, jawel, alweer 4e Kebabtour die er aan komt, en waar we ongetwijfeld ook nog wel wat net niet broodjes te eten gaan krijgen.
