Omdat er in de Paradiso een concertje was met fucking shit band Arch Enemy en fucking toffe band Warbringer, stapte ik na een dag slavernij in de Bijlmer uit de metro op het Weesperplein.
Even langs de Rodolfo’s, de shop en voila…..de Ferdinand Bol.
Als je vanaf het Heinekenplein naar de Albert Cuyp zou lopen, passeer je op nummer 23 Kebab House.

Eenmaal binnen werd ik al wat vrolijker; een mooie bak vol groen, waar ik oa. wortel, pepertjes en shoarmastijl rode uien saus aantrof.
Ook is dit een redelijk mooi/schoon/goed opgezette zaak. Niet iets dat me boeit, maar misschien jullie wel.
Ergens in een ooghoek spotte ik het woord feta…EY!

Achter de uiterst vriendelijke kebabber draaien twee spitten; voor mij de geijkte combirol en een gestapelde kiprol.
Het menu zegt lam, ik zeg ik heb geen idee, maar neig naar nee.

Zonder het te vragen of te hinten naar extra’s, stelt hij spontaan dat alles mogelijk is. Een customizer!

Zittend at ik mn maal, niet al teveel knijpend in de flessen saus. Gewoon even genieten.
Tijdens de rust bekroop me de gedachte dat dit een best broodje was. Een smakelijke, goed gevulde, gecustomizede, krokante schat, gevonden in de Pijp.
De balans tussen het meuren naar knoflook en het fikken van de sambal was perfect. Later tijdens het blèren in de Paradiso leek het af en toe wel of ik mn knoflookpet op had, maar ala..
Wat me opviel was dat hij de feta niet voorgesneden had, maar er on the spot dunne reepjes van sneed en die stukjes kickten ass in mn broodje.
Eigenlijk vond ik dit een betere manier van feta gebruiken dan die van Mustafa, waar je toch veel krummels hebt bovenop. Hier had ik een echte fetaflavour die door 99% van mn döner zat; Echt heel goed.
Om niet helemaal in die gast zn reet te kruipen, hier de kritiek;

Is redelijk voor wat je krijgt, MAAARRRR….50 cent erbij en je hebt een sloper van een döner, een drankje EN mad ass patat met kruiden bij de Ibo.
Ach, eigenlijk valt er niet te zeiken hier, sorry. Hij had geen alcohol geloof ik, maar daar was ik op dat moment even niet mee bezig.
Dat hele customizen jongeeeeeee…..fuck, wat is dat toch verfrissend.
Goeie tent, hopen dat ie blijft…Ferdinand Bol, Kebab House, daarna naar de Ier op de hoek…vet idee. Shit, zit ik thuis achter mn pc.
