Bij binnenkomst krijg je meteen een goed gevoel. Nette tent, twee kebabrollen al draaiend voor de kebabkachel. Een vriendelijk echtpaar die de broodje maakt. Dit kon wel eens wat worden…
Nadat het broodje werd opgediend was ook de eerste indruk prima. Klein broodje, maar goed gevuld en het geheel oogt gewoon goed. Gekruid vlees vers van de rol, brood vers, sla vers. Twee tubes saus. Beiden ietwat mild maar dat kwam waarschijnlijk omdat ik al een heel weekend grote hoeveelheden zelfgemaakte Terrorknoflooksaus naar binnen had gegoten en die is nou eenmaal moeilijk te overtreffen.

Daardoor kon ik er mooi op inspelen en heb ik het overvloedige vlees dat uit het broodje viel laten liggen zodat ik op het eind met het bijgeleverde vorkje alsnog een vleesrijk eind had. Ondanks het feit dat ik nog drie kwartier door de regen moest fietsen stapte ik met een goed gevoel op mijn fiets.
