Omdat je niet over een nacht ijs moet gaan om die Zweedse kebabtoko’s onderuit te trappen werden ook de Kebabbers van Kaka Kebab bezocht. Een grappig plaatje met het onderschrift “Kebab med brot” siert de winkelruit en laat dat nou net weergeven waarvoor ik naar dat smerige rothok kom strompelen vanuit mijn stinkende nest in dat gare kutdorp. Aan het plaatje te zien zal deze hut de KoningsSee van even verderop ruimschoots overtreffen. Vol goede moed stap ik dan ook die hut binnen en begroet de aanwezige Kebabber met een Zweedse groet en een glimlach.
De toko is klein en duidelijk gericht op meenemen, terwijl de kebabsoortgenoten van verderop zich duidelijk ook richten op mensen die blijven zitten om de net gekochte waar weg te malen. In ieder geval zwaait hij vrolijk met een spuitbus saus die gelijk lijkt aan die van zijn neef of broer ofzo van de KoningsSee. Nog even oprollen in de folie en voila, iets met kebab. Nog even vraag ik wat voor soort vlees het betreft, dat kan ik prima in het zweeds. Nejnejnej, kebab! Is telkens het antwoord en ik besluit het erbij te laten. De boel is toch al klaar voor consumptie.
Twee minuten later zit ik op de veranda te kijken naar een flinke rol folie. Dat is omdat men waar je ook bent in Borlange nooit verder dan drie minuten van een kebabhut bent, zoveel van die toko’s hebben ze daar staan.
