Gisteren nam ik mn camera mee want ik wist dat ik van mn werk naar huis zou reizen per OV.
Dus ik stap uit de bus, maak een praatje met Bossie die me vraagt of ik een broodje kebab ga eten voor de site van De Amerikaan..

Ui, witte en rode kool met wat snippers van het een en ander erin, tomaat, komkommer, jalapenos en ijsbergsla.
Al snel heb ik mn snack in handen en verplaats me naar ergens waar ik ongestoord kan reporten.
Mooi dat mn bus over vijf minuten komt, even aanzetten nu.

Wat grappig; ik had me ingesteld op teleurstelling.

Dat moest wel kut zijn.

Goeie ribbels, standaard vlees.
De verrassing zit ‘m in het groen en de saus.
De sambal is echt wel goed te doen, in combinatie met de rest werkt het als een malle.
Er zit iets zuurs in…de kool? ik kan het niet goed thuisbrengen.
Ik weet alleen dat het me verdomd goed smaakt.
