Gisteren nam ik mn camera mee want ik wist dat ik van mn werk naar huis zou reizen per OV.
Dus ik stap uit de bus, maak een praatje met Bossie die me vraagt of ik een broodje kebab ga eten voor de site van De Amerikaan..
Grappig.
Dus ik loop naar de trap om een foto te maken van de gelegenheid waar het hier om handelt, is ie dicht!
Of nou, dicht..kapot is misschien een beter woord.
Geen rollen, geen moer, maar wel een hele crew in touw om de boel weer rollend te krijgen.
Goede woordgrap al zeg ik het zelf.
Fuck it, morgen dan maar.
Laat het vandaag morgen zijn!
Geen andere klandizie present, dus ik mag meteen aan de bak.
Een broodje kip of kalf kost hier 3.20 (klein), wat een goeie prijs is.
Ik zie dat het eigenlijk wel snor zit qua groen. Het is een beetje gebaseerd op de DC.
Ui, witte en rode kool met wat snippers van het een en ander erin, tomaat, komkommer, jalapenos en ijsbergsla.
Al snel heb ik mn snack in handen en verplaats me naar ergens waar ik ongestoord kan reporten.
Mooi dat mn bus over vijf minuten komt, even aanzetten nu.

Zozo…dat is…haha, veel beter dan ik had verwacht!
Wat grappig; ik had me ingesteld op teleurstelling.
Een kar op het station van proletendorp Hoofddorp, mn basis, mn alles.
Dat moest wel kut zijn.
Maar dat is het dus niet.
Goeie ribbels, standaard vlees.
De verrassing zit ‘m in het groen en de saus.
De sambal is echt wel goed te doen, in combinatie met de rest werkt het als een malle.
Er zit iets zuurs in…de kool? ik kan het niet goed thuisbrengen.
Ik weet alleen dat het me verdomd goed smaakt.
