Het moest er van komen natuurlijk; een recensie van de Döner Company, door heel Nederland te vinden op stations en shit.
Ik vervoegde me deze keer richting station Bijlmer om mn vleeslust bot te vieren.
Het mooie van deze toko is dat je vrijwel meteen geholpen wordt, dat de kebabsnijders zelden tot nooit chagerijnig zijn of een irritante kutsmoel tentoonspreiden. Je zou het bijna ‘een stukje’ klantenbinding kunnen noemen.

Niet dat de laatste meters vol saus zitten maar goed, dan heb je toch al voor 90% genoten.
Afijn, de beleving?
De semi-crustyness van het broodje is in orde en de combi saus/groen kan je afstemmen op je eigen smaak.
Ik ga voor wat komkommer, witte kool en galapenopepers. Tel daarbij knoflook en sambal en het is tijd om je mond te rocken.
Er valt niet zoveel over te klagen eigenlijk; deze broodjes jonge koe zijn gewoon goed te kanen..
Wat is er wèl te zeiken? Er is vast een tijd dat de winkel vol staat of dat er een ingrediënt mist, maar vandaag loopt alles gesmeerd.
Dus…een goede kebabtent die iedereen eens een bezoek zou moeten brengen. Je rukt nog net geen Oscar uit je zak, maar gaat 99% van de tijd tevreden weg.
