Het was weer zo’n avond op de zondag dat je redelijk laat besluit toch maar een bodem te leggen voor de aankomende werkweek.
Daar ik nog wat krediet over had bij de plaatselijke, betere Kebabboer in Zwolle, besloot ik hiervan gebruik te maken.
Ongeveer een kleine 20 minuten na plaatsing bestelling werd er aangebeld met de inmiddels bekende, 3 keer snel achter elkaar drukkende belcode. Deur open. Zak aannemen. Deur dicht.
Die gast zou me toch niet gefuckt hebben he? Echter na het installeren van de inhoud van de zak kwamen er 2 Turkse broodjes tevoorschijn, beiden belegd met een prima laag feta. Het belangrijkste ingredient, kebab was in flinke overvloed aanwezig, alsmede een leuke laag redelijk verse groente. (waar de fuck was de peper??)
Genoeg kebab om 2 broodjes mee te versieren, 2 broodjes belegd. Het vlees was van goede verse kwaliteit ondanks dat het een bestelbroodje was. Zo heb ik ze zelden beter gehad als ik aan de balie stond om een broodje te bestellen. De groente daarentegen smaakte wat lafjes, alsof het al wat dagen in de bak had gelegen, echter doet dit geen afbreuk aan de perfecte Kebab die de Sofra schenkt aan zijn klanten.
Ik kan nog wel een eind in de rondte lullen, maar dit broodje (euh, het waren er 2, bijna 3, voor de prijs van 1!) was perfect van smaak, de groente was niet vers, doch in orde, de 4 bakjes saus (knoflook, whisky, sambal en ui) smaakten goed vers. Ondanks dat dit een telefonisch bestelbroodje was mag ik absoluut niet klagen, voor 5 euro een perfect broodje.
