In de Concourslaan te Hoofddorp valt van alles te kanen te halen maar wij gingen natuurlijk voor de kebab in die tent vlakbij de ingang van het winkelcentrum.
Na een ietwat grimmige ontvangst (of ligt dat aan de rotkop van de eigenaar?), namen Familie en ik een plekje buiten.
Wat valt er te zeggen over de Hoofddorpse kebabbeleving? Dat het broodje te duur was voor wat je krijgt?? Ik bedoel… 4,50 voor een broodje kebab? Twee sauzen op tafel; de knoflook was fris, vloeibaar en serieus goed. De sambal was ook niet matjes te noemen. Tot nu toe gaat alles goed. Het broodje dan; redelijk wat vlees, een goede smaak, weinig tot geen vet en goed afgebakken. Maar….alleen ijsbergsla, geen extra’s als tomaat en shit. Jammer.
Het broodje zelf was ook geen tegenvaller, nee, eigenlijk viel het alleszins mee. We keken elkaar aan en waren er veel meer down mee dan we voor mogelijk hadden gehouden. Kortom, een te dure kebab die wel goed smaakte. Het is ook altijd wat.
