Omdat ook Madrid wat mij betreft een prima kebabstad is ben ik van de week maar even in de trein gestapt om nog eens te genieten van de drankjes en kebab aldaar. Jammer van de slechte verdeling van het vlees en de sla. Maar een doorgewinterde kebabfetisjist weet dat het overgrote deel van de broodjes dood dier nou eenmaal een slechte sla/slees verdeling hebben. Wat ik echter zelden meemaak is dat er een scheur in het broodje zit zoals in dit geval. Ik kwam er pas achter toen er ineens een constante stroom warm wit sap over me handen liep. Tja.. Dat is natuurlijk een enorm minpunt. Zonde. Maar verder was het broodje na een dagje cola met rode wijn zuipen een prima bodem voor het vervolg van ons drankgelag. En die dunne vloeibare knoflooksaus is ook best handig want daardoor druipt het lekker diep in de warme spleet van het broodje en heb je bij elke hap saus. €3,30. Een kebabtoko en pizzeria, ergens vlak bij metrostation Tribunal (lekker duidelijk…)
